Meet Jeff Paquet
Online Fitness Coach | Band & Bodyweight | Pre/Post-Rehab Specialist
With over 15 years of experience in the fitness and rehabilitation field, Jeff Paquet brings a well-rounded, compassionate, and results-driven approach to helping people move better, build strength, and live healthier lives. After more than a decade working as an in-person personal fitness trainer, Jeff now works exclusively online—supporting clients wherever they are with highly individualized, evidence-informed programming.
Jeff’s career began in the commercial fitness setting, where he worked as a personal trainer at Pure Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, and Equinox. During this time, he gained extensive experience working with adults of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. He later built and operated his own personal training business, providing private, one-on-one coaching in high-end environments, including The Four Seasons, where professionalism, discretion, and highly customized care were essential.
In addition to private training, Jeff has led group fitness classes and worked with high-profile individuals in the entertainment industry—roles that demanded adaptability, precision, and a deep understanding of performance, recovery, and long-term movement health. He also worked closely with medical professionals, many of whom experienced chronic and severe back pain, helping them safely reduce discomfort, restore function, and return to the physical demands of daily life with confidence.
Complementing his professional experience, Jeff is a Black Belt in Moo Duk Kwan martial arts, with over 10 years of training in New Orleans, Louisiana, and San Diego, California. This background instilled a deep respect for disciplined movement, joint integrity, balance, and mental resilience—principles that continue to shape his approach to strength training and rehabilitation today.
Jeff now specializes in pre- and post-rehabilitation training, working with seniors, adults, and individuals living with chronic conditions, neurological disorders, and movement limitations. He focuses on safely bridging the gap between physical therapy and real-life movement. At the same time, Jeff works with individuals who simply want to get in shape, build strength, improve mobility, and maintain a healthier, more active lifestyle through structured, sustainable training.
Jeff’s coaching style is patient, thoughtful, and evidence-informed, with an emphasis on strength, balance, mobility, and long-term independence. His goal is always the same: to restore movement, build resilience, and help clients move through life with confidence and control.
