Meet Jeff Paquet
NASM-CPT | Band & Bodyweight | Pre/Post-Rehab Specialist
With over 15 years of experience in the fitness and rehabilitation field, Jeff brings a well-rounded, compassionate, and results-driven approach to helping people move better and live stronger.
His career began in the commercial fitness setting, where he worked as a personal trainer at Pure Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, and Equinox. During this time, he gained extensive experience working with adults of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Jeff later built and operated his own personal training business, providing individualized, private training for clients in high-end environments, including The Four Seasons, where professionalism, discretion, and highly customized care were essential.
In addition to private training, Jeff has led group fitness classes and worked with high-profile individuals in the entertainment industry—roles that required adaptability, precision, and a deep understanding of performance, recovery, and long-term movement health. He also worked closely with medical professionals, many of whom struggled with chronic and severe back pain, helping them safely reduce discomfort, improve function, and return to daily demands with greater confidence.
Complementing his professional experience, Jeff is a Black Belt in Moo Duk Kwan martial arts, having trained for over 10 years in New Orleans, Louisiana, and primarily in San Diego, California. This background instilled a deep respect for disciplined movement, joint integrity, balance, and mental resilience—principles that continue to shape his approach to rehabilitation and strength training today.
Jeff’s primary focus is now pre- and post-rehabilitation training, working with seniors, adults, and individuals with neurological and chronic conditions. He specializes in bridging the gap between physical therapy and real-life movement through safe, thoughtful, and evidence-informed programming.
Jeff’s goal is always the same: to restore movement, build strength, and help clients develop resilience that lasts.
